David Gustavsson
Chief Technology Officer & Senior VP of Engineering
David “Gus” Gustavsson is instrumental in aligning the engineering, technical marketing, manufacturing and support functions within Axellio Inc. As Chief Technical Officer & Senior Vice President of Engineering at Axellio, Gus has been instrumental in realizing the innovation of the Axellio Edge Computing system.
Gus worked as part of the ISE development group within X-IO Storage - now Violin Systems- from 2003-2018, coming to the company through Seagate Technology’s Advanced Storage Architecture group, acquired in November 2007. Prior to his role at Seagate, Gus was employed by EMC Corporation and Autodiagnos AB in Sweden.
Mr. Gustavsson holds a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Dalarna in Sweden.
